HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER
With just a few clicks, you can receive the Lama San Giorgio products you want directly at home.
- To insert the products in the cart click on the "Add to cart" button; if you want to delete a product from the shopping cart click on "Remove".
- Prices are all VAT included. There is no minimum of any kind to place the order; you can also order only one product.
- When you have finished placing products in your shopping cart click on "Pay Now".
- You can view your cart at any time by clicking on the icon at the top right of each page.
- If you are a new customer proceed with registration, otherwise log in with your Username and Password.
- At this point you can finish your order. You can change shipping details to request delivery to another destination or to make a gift.
- Choose the payment method you prefer and click on "Confirm order".
- Check the order summary and if you have chosen to pay by credit card you will be sent to the secure server of our bank where you can make the payment.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card and PayPal.
Wire transfer
You can pay by bank transfer. The goods will be sent to you after our bank has notified us that they have been credited to our account

Credit card
Once the order is confirmed, you will be connected in secure mode with our bank's server. Payment can be made with cards: Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard.
SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES
Shipments are made within 10 days from our order confirmation for deliveries to the Italian territory.
For deliveries in Europe and in the rest of the world, shipments are made within 15 days of order confirmation.
Transportation fee
You can view the actual cost of transport costs when you put the products in the cart. During the purchase procedures you will be asked to indicate the destination country and the shipping cost will be calculated.
BILLING
To obtain the invoicing of the purchased goods it is necessary to fill in the appropriate fields when registering by inserting company name, VAT number and company tax code.
The invoice issued will be sent together with the requested goods.
For customers who do not require an invoice, we will send a regular receipt with the goods.
PRIVACY PROTECTION
In accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Law Decree 196/2003, the Agriturismo Lama San Giorgio undertakes not to disclose, in any case, to other companies or persons the data of customers, except for purposes strictly related to the activity carried out; your data will be used only for the following purposes:
- Accounting
- Transportation
- Sending information and promotional material by e-mail, only with explicit authorization
You can at any time request the correction or deletion of data that we have available. Data controller is: Essebi s.a.s.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 185 of 21/05/99, which regulates distance sales, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the products purchased within 14 days of receipt, giving notice by fax or e-mail.
In this case you will have to send us back the ordered goods intact and with the original documents.
Within ten days we will credit the original amount paid, excluding shipping costs, to your bank account by bank transfer.
So remember to indicate the details and the bank details in order to proceed with the re-accreditation.
For shipments made abroad, the cost of the transfer is deducted from the same.

If you wish to make a gift, proceed as follows: during the closing of the order, you can change the shipping details by inserting the ones of the gift recipient.
The invoice or receipt, which is normally sent with the goods, will instead be sent to your address.
