Packages are generally sent within 3 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via TNT with tracking and delivery without signature.

Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a code to track your package online. Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postal charges. Operating costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two separate orders separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each one.

Your package will be sent at your risk, but special attention will be paid to fragile items.

How long will you receive the goods?
Shipment times refer to the days necessary for the assignment to the courier and are indicated in all the product sheets. When the package is sent from our warehouses, you will receive a confirmation email in which you will find the number to track the goods in transit.
 
How do I know when my package is shipped?
The customer is always informed about the status of the shipment by e-mail to inform him instantly when:
the order was taken over
the goods started
 
If the courier can not find me, will the goods come back?
Even if you will not be present at the delivery address the courier will make 3 attempts, then the goods will remain in the nearest branch, our dispatch office will contact you to arrange the delivery again.
-We ask you anyway to be present at the address because every delivery attempt has costs for us.
 
Does the courier deliver to the floor?
No. We remind you that the couriers are not required to deliver to the floor, but deliver exclusively to the street level. We therefore recommend that you always keep track of the order tracking in order to better organize the delivery.
 
If the package is very large, do I have to help the courier to unload the goods?
The customer is not required to unload the goods even if voluminous, our national contracts with the carriers include the use of vehicles with Hydraulic Shroud "a mechanism of vans useful to bring the voluminous product mechanically to the street level".

Does the courier deliver on Saturday or Sunday?
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during working hours.
