Below we will try to answer your most frequently asked questions:
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
It depends on the country you want to ship our products to. In particular:
- ITALY: Shipping is free in Italy for all orders over € 69 (and in fact no shipping costs will appear in the cart). On the other hand, for orders below € 69 there are small shipping costs to be paid which will automatically appear in the cart.
- COUNTRIES INSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION: At the moment we do NOT offer free shipping for shipments to EU countries. In this case the cost varies according to the weight of the order. You will see the shipping price directly on the cart page.
- COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION: At the moment we do not ship outside the EU.
AFTER PLACING THE ORDER, WHEN WILL THE PRODUCTS BE SHIPPED?
The products are generally shipped within 2/3 working days after the order, if the payment was made by credit card or PayPal.
If the payment was made by bank transfer, however, the preparation of the order will start after the payment is displayed on the current account, or alternatively upon receipt of the bank transfer receipt via email, if you wish to speed up the shipment.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN THE ORDER IS SHIPPED?
You will be informed via email of the shipment.
HOW LONG AFTER SHIPPING WILL I RECEIVE THE ORDER?
Usually, after shipment, our couriers take from:
- 1 to 3 days for delivery in ITALY;
- 3 to 5 days for delivery in EU COUNTRIES.
HOW ARE THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED?
The products are shipped in special cartons and are carefully packed by our team.
CAN I HAVE THE TRACKING CODE TO FOLLOW THE SHIPMENT?
When we make the shipment we will receive two emails, one with the notification of shipment, the other with the tracking code of your shipment and the name of the corrector with whom we made the shipment.
IF THE COURIER TRIES TO MAKE THE DELIVERY AND I AM NOT AT HOME, WHAT HAPPENS?
If you are not present at the delivery address, the courier will make another attempt in the following days (usually one or two days later). Then, if he does not find you even for the second delivery attempt, the goods will remain in the nearest branch and our shipping manager will contact you to arrange the delivery again.
(However, we ask you to be present at the address, as each delivery attempt has costs for us).
DOES THE COURIER DELIVER TO THE FLOOR?
No. We remind you that couriers are not required to deliver to your floor, but deliver exclusively to the street level. We therefore recommend that you always keep track of the order tracking in order to better organize delivery.
IF THE PACKAGE IS VERY LARGE, SHOULD I HELP THE COURIER UNLOAD THE GOODS FROM HIS TRANSPORTATION?
No. The customer is not required to unload the goods, even if bulky, from the courier's means of transport, as the national contracts of our couriers with the carriers include the use of vehicles with Hydraulic Tailgate "a mechanism of vans useful for carrying the mechanically voluminous product on the street level "(and this service is free).
IF I HAVE ALREADY PLACED THE ORDER, CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTERWARDS?
Yes, within 2 hours of placing the order by sending an email with the new address to email@example.com
WHAT DAYS DOES THE COURIER MAKE DELIVERIES?
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during working hours (even if in particular very chaotic periods, for example the week before Christmas, the couriers may also keep delivery on Saturday).
CAN I HAVE THE PARCELS DELIVERED TO AN ADDRESS DIFFERENT FROM MY HOME?
Yes, you can enter the address of a workplace / acquaintance / restaurant that is always open as the order address, etc.
